Setting up and adding your Mouse Life Home Screen Widget
Keep the magic front and center! The Mouse Life home screen widget shows a live countdown to your next Disney trip along with your lifetime percentage complete every time you open your phone! Follow the steps below to add it on iPhone/iPad (iOS) or Android.
Before You Start!

Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Mouse Life app

Open Mouse Life and:

Make sure you are logged into your account

Open “Countdown Widget” on Mouse Life landing page and select start date of next trip

Hit “OK”

Adding Widget to iPhone (iOS)
Step 1 – Enter “jiggle mode”

Go to your Home Screen

Touch and hold an empty area (or any app icon) until the apps start to “jiggle”

Tap the “Edit” or “+” button in the top left hand corner

Select “Add Widget
Step 2 – Find the Mouse Life widget
-
In the search bar at the top, type “Mouse Life”
-
Tap the Mouse Life widget in the results
Step – Add the widget

Tap Add Widget
-
Drag it where you want it on your home screen

Tap Done in the top-right corner
Tip: If the widget doesn’t show right away, open the Mouse Life app, make sure you have at least one upcoming trip with dates, then return to the home screen.
Adding Widget to Android
Step 1 – Open the widgets menu

Go to your Home Screen.

Touch and hold an empty area on the screen.

Tap Widgets (the location varies depending on your device).
Step 2 – Find the Mouse Life widget

Scroll through the list or use the search bar (if available) to find Mouse Life.

Tap Mouse Life to see the available widget options.
Step 3 – Place the widget

Press and hold the Mouse Life widget you want

Drag it to an open spot on your home screen

Release to place it

Tap Save or Done
